All rates are quoted in AED and are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).
Rental includes certified operator and insurance as specified in the quotation.
Final pricing may vary depending on site location, crane configuration, lift plan requirements, attachments, mobilization logistics, and operational conditions.

١. الأسعار والتسعير

جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وغير شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة (إن وجدت).
يشمل الإيجار مشغلًا معتمدًا وتأمينًا وفقًا لما هو مذكور في عرض السعر.
قد يختلف السعر النهائي حسب موقع المشروع وتكوين الرافعة ومتطلبات خطة الرفع والملحقات وظروف التشغيل.

Availability is subject to prior booking and written confirmation.
Fuel, accommodation, and transportation (if required) shall be provided by the Hirer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ProLift shall provide safety documentation in accordance with UAE regulations.

٢. نطاق الخدمات

تخضع الخدمة للحجز المسبق والتأكيد الخطي.
يتحمل المستأجر تكاليف الوقود والسكن والنقل ما لم يتم الاتفاق خلاف ذلك كتابةً.
توفر الشركة مستندات السلامة وفقًا لأنظمة دولة الإمارات.

Day: Minimum 10 continuous working hours. Excess hours charged pro-rata.
Week: Minimum 60 hours at single location.
Month: Minimum 260 hours at single location.
Sundays and UAE public holidays are charged at overtime rates.
Weekly = 7 consecutive calendar days. Monthly = 30 consecutive calendar days.

٣. تعريف فترات الإيجار

اليوم: حد أدنى 10 ساعات عمل متواصلة.
الأسبوع: حد أدنى 60 ساعة في موقع واحد.
الشهر: حد أدنى 260 ساعة في موقع واحد.
تُفرض رسوم إضافية أيام الأحد والعطل الرسمية.
الأسبوع = 7 أيام متتالية، الشهر = 30 يومًا متتاليًا.

ProLift shall use reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability for 10 working hours per day.
Replacement equipment will be provided within 48 hours where reasonably possible.
No deduction applies if replacement works on the same day.
ProLift may cancel booking before commencement due to breakdown beyond reasonable control.

٤. الأعطال والاستبدال

تبذل الشركة جهودًا معقولة لضمان توفر المعدات لمدة 10 ساعات يوميًا.
سيتم توفير معدات بديلة خلال 48 ساعة عند الإمكان.
لا يجوز خصم الوقت إذا تم تشغيل البديل في نفس اليوم.
يجوز للشركة إلغاء الحجز قبل البدء في حال حدوث عطل خارج السيطرة المعقولة.

All lift plans, load weights, rigging methods, and lifting instructions shall be provided and approved by the Hirer or main contractor.
ProLift shall rely on information provided.
Any loss, damage, or delay arising from incorrect load data or lift instructions shall be the Hirer’s responsibility.

٥. مسؤولية خطة الرفع والحمولة

يتحمل المستأجر أو المقاول الرئيسي مسؤولية إعداد واعتماد خطة الرفع وأوزان الأحمال وتعليمات الرفع.
تعتمد الشركة على المعلومات المقدمة.
أي خسارة أو ضرر ناتج عن بيانات غير صحيحة يتحملها المستأجر.

The Hirer is solely responsible for ensuring adequate soil bearing capacity, ground compaction, crane mats, steel plates, and safe working surfaces.
ProLift shall not be liable for overturning, sinking, or instability resulting from inadequate ground conditions.

٦. ظروف التربة والموقع

يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية ضمان قدرة التربة وتحضير الأرض واستخدام ألواح الحماية.
لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية الانقلاب أو الغوص الناتج عن ضعف الأرضية.

The Hirer shall arrange permits, gate passes, and access approvals.
The Hirer is responsible for crane safety and security outside working hours.
The Hirer shall bear insurance deductibles arising from site-related incidents.

٧. مسؤوليات الموقع والأمن

يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية التصاريح والدخول للموقع.
يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية أمن الرافعة خارج ساعات العمل.
يتحمل المستأجر أي نسبة تحمل تأمينية ناتجة عن حوادث بالموقع.

ProLift reserves the right to suspend services immediately in case of non-payment.
Mobilization is subject to written acceptance.
Additional scope requires written variation approval.

٨. الدفع وإيقاف الخدمات

تحتفظ الشركة بحق إيقاف الخدمات فورًا عند عدم السداد.
يخضع التحريك للموافقة الخطية.
أي تغيير في نطاق العمل يتطلب موافقة مكتوبة.

ProLift’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount recoverable under its valid insurance policy at the time of the incident.
ProLift shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence as prohibited by UAE law.
The Hirer shall indemnify ProLift against claims arising from site conditions or third-party acts.

٩. المسؤولية والتعويض

لا تتجاوز المسؤولية الإجمالية للشركة مبلغ التغطية التأمينية السارية وقت الحادث.
لا تتحمل الشركة المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فقدان الأرباح.
لا يشمل ذلك حالات الاحتيال أو الإهمال الجسيم وفق القانون.
يلتزم المستأجر بتعويض الشركة عن المطالبات الناتجة عن ظروف الموقع أو أطراف ثالثة.

Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including extreme weather, government action, or supply disruptions.

١٠. القوة القاهرة

لا يتحمل أي طرف المسؤولية عن التأخير الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة مثل الأحوال الجوية الشديدة أو القرارات الحكومية.

These Terms are governed by UAE law as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات كما تطبق في إمارة دبي.
